Darren Singer, SVP Retail Health and Wellness at Shopko Stores, has issued a donation challenge to like-minded retailers and partners to join Retail Orphan Initiative (RetailROI) to make a difference. If you're unfamiliar with RetailROI, its purpose is to raise awareness and provide real solutions for the more than 400 million vulnerable children worldwide.
Darren has donated $1,000 to RetailROI, and he's challenging his friends and colleagues in the retail industry to donate as well. A donation of $1,000 to RetailROI this month means 50 special needs orphans can move from an impersonal orphanage into a loving foster home.
Whether you are participating in RetailROI’s March Gladness (think March Madness with a purpose!) or simply want to make a donation, please consider getting involved. One hundred percent of the money raised after payment fees goes to help these children.
